Hi! I’m Dana. I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying). I’m here to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and embrace your emotions and improve your relationships, both with yourself and others. Together, we’ll navigate the depths of vulnerability and tackle profound emotions like grief and anxiety, helping you emerge with newfound courage and authenticity in both your life and relationships.

My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by a significant loss in my life—the passing of my father when I was just 16. I witnessed how discomfort surrounded discussions of these challenging emotions, leading many to bury their feelings. However, with time, I realized that confronting and openly discussing these emotions was the path to healing and a truer sense of self. I’m here to show you that this journey is not only possible but also far less intimidating than it seems.

My areas of specialization include healing from childhood trauma, nurturing healthier relationships, supporting highly sensitive people, and addressing depression and anxiety. I embrace a humanistic, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy, one that is fully tailored to your unique life and needs. I draw mainly from emotionally-focused therapy, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and internal family systems. I have additional training in EFT and sex therapy informed couples therapy.
